Know Your Numbers



    We all know that buying or selling a house can be stressful enough, so how do you decide on which relator to choose? That’s a super easy question, you choose the C/W Group at Keller Williams of course! But really, all jokes aside, our team here does an amazing job working both sides of the housing market, that’s with both buyers and sellers. I know I’m new to this group here but I’m already learning so much by just watching these guys work, their passion for the business is amazing. In my previous blog Introductions are in Order. I introduce everyone to our team and the roles that they play at C/W Group at Keller Williams. Along with the introductions, I mention about how much passion and drive both of these guys have for the business and isn’t that what you’d want as either a buyer or a seller of a home? Someone who is going to work non-stop, except for the occasional Saturday football game, to help you?

    Let’s get down to business, numbers. From conversion rates, gross revenue, percentages, averages, mortgages, etc., it can all be a little confusing. So how do you know if your relator knows what their numbers are for the year? With the C/W Group at Keller Williams, we keep detailed records of our numbers and continuously strive to hit financial goal markers throughout the year. An example of this would be how much money we’ve saved our buyers so far; that number would be a whopping $114,445.00 just this year alone and we’re projected to save them even more! I don’t know about y’all but that’s enough money to buy some pretty nice season football tickets in my opinion. For those of you who are looking to sell, you’re probably not impressed with that. So how about this, we average on 98% seller asking price. What does that even mean? It means that our clients received 98% of the asking price for their home marketed by C/W Group. Knowing the current market and how to price correctly is one of the most important aspects in getting your home sold in the least amount of time for the maximum dollar value. Am I speaking your language yet or do you need more before you decide to go with the C/W Group? Our one concern is customer satisfaction within this business, if you don’t have a satisfied customer how can you grow. I’d like to leave you with one more solid reason for choosing us; we have a saying in the office “we convert clients to friends”. So far this year, we’ve converted forty-four clients into close friends and are looking for more! You may be thinking that our little slogan is just a way to draw potential clients in, but Evan and Matt do something that I haven’t seen other relators do before. They stay in contact with our previous clients aka “friends” and actually take an avid interest in them and their families. But, if you’re not interested in the community involvement stuff, just pay attention to the numbers, they don’t lie.
